Antique French napoleon III black lacquered wood plant stand / pedestal

a typical piece from napoleon iii 1880s era

wood has some old woodworm holes and small nicks , on the brass decoration all is good ,just 2 pieces are missing ( just below the top and on the base but is not that disturbing at all )

95 cm height and top is 24/24 cm where you can put a planter / statue / clock on
